Our Remote Video Capture App is currently only available on iOS devices.

We are continually updating the app and recommend you download the latest version before starting your Remote Video Capture session.

You will receive an email with the download link to our iPhone app and session code 30 minutes prior to your remote video session starting.

Internet Speed

It’s best to be connected to WiFi during your Remote Video Capture session.

If you are not able to connect to WiFi, we can use your phone’s LTE connection.

Test your WiFi connection speed on the device you are going to use for the remote video shoot.
