The reviews themselves are not being deleted, but the total count is not displaying correctly. Google is aware of the situation and is actively working on a solution.

Update 2/13 – One of our partners, who specializes in GBP reviews, has confirmed that “Google has acknowledged a bug in the way they are counting local reviews on a Google Business Profile (GBP).
